Dr. Richa is an Environmental Science PhD with a research background in soil microbial dynamics, soil nutrient enrichment, crop residue management, and organic farming. She has done MSc Microbiology from Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She completed her BSc (CBZ) from DAV PG College, Dehradun, affiliated with Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal (Central) University, Srinagar, Uttarakhand.
