Dr. Ashish Arya
Dr. Ashish Arya is currently working as an Associate Professor of Organization Behaviour and Human Resources atDoon Business School. He is Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Instrumentation), MBA (Human Resource Management), MA (Psychology), UGC NET, and PhD. He has 14 years of experience in teaching MBA students. He is also a certified counselling professional from Counsellors Council of India (CRN No.- CRN9773675).
Dr. Arya has publishedvarious research papers indexed in SCOPUS, UGC Care-Listed journals andhas published books and book chapters with publisher like Taylor and Francis. He is a reviewer for many reputed journals too.
Dr. Arya was also the Managing Editor of Gurukul Business Review (indexed in Web of Science, a peer-reviewed journal of FMS, Gurukula Kangri Deemed to be University) for the last 03 years, other than research, Dr. Arya did a consultancy project for Anchor Electricals Ltd in which he helped the company utilize their CSR fund for the right cause in district Haridwar, India.
Dr. Arya is a keen learner, having updated his research and psychology subject knowledge through courses from institutions such as Elsevier Researcher Academy, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Wesleyan University, Univ. of Florida, and Univ. of London. His top five strengths as per the VIA character strength test are: Love, Love of Learning, Hope, Fairness, and Social Intelligence. His areas of interest revolve around human resource development and leadership.
