Supervised Algorithms & Hyperparameter Tuning
Students write and train classification and regression architectures. They dive deep into Random Forests, Support Vector Machines, and Gradient Boosting frameworks, tuning hyperparameters via grid search optimization
Unsupervised Clustering & Validation Matrices
The curriculum transitions to market segmentation and fraud detection using K-Means and hierarchical clustering, validated through confusion matrices, ROC-AUC curves, and precision-recall trade-offs.
