Doon Business School, Dehradun has once again demonstrated its strong commitment to industry-integrated education and professional excellence through its long-standing association with the SAP University Alliances programme, which the institution has been part of since 2009. Over the years, numerous students of Doon Business School have successfully earned globally recognised SAP certifications, strengthening their professional competencies and industry readiness. For the MBA Batch 2025–27, Doon Business School organised a specialised 15-day workshop followed by a certification boot camp in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Human Resource Management. The programme was designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and prepare them for the SAP Global Certification examination.

The programme was attended by all 25 students pursuing the HR and SAP combination. Demonstrating exceptional commitment and preparation, all 25 students successfully cleared the SAP SuccessFactors Global Certification in their first attempt, achieving a remarkable 100% success rate. The workshop and certification boot camp were conducted by Dr. Abhijit Salokhe, PhD, University of Cambridge, who served as the resource person and provided expert guidance to the students throughout the programme. The initiative was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Pushpa Pataria, Area Chair, who is herself a globally certified SAP SuccessFactors professional. Her academic leadership and domain expertise played a key role in guiding and mentoring the students throughout their certification journey.

This achievement reflects Doon Business School’s continued emphasis on industry-aligned education, experiential learning, professional certifications, and global employability. The 100% first-attempt success of the entire cohort is a significant accomplishment and highlights the effectiveness of the institution’s industry-integrated approach to management education.
