DBS Global University organised "The Reality Check", an interactive guest session featuring Mr. Paras Arora, on 25 September 2026, providing students with practical perspectives on professional life and the transition from university to the workplace. The interaction encouraged students to look beyond academic qualifications and consider the behaviours, communication skills, adaptability and professional outlook required to navigate real-world career environments. The session created an opportunity for students to examine their expectations about careers and understand the importance of continuous learning, self-awareness and professional preparedness.

Through practical discussion and interaction, students were encouraged to evaluate how they can prepare themselves more effectively for opportunities, challenges and changing workplace expectations.
