A major step toward expanding international higher education opportunities was marked with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SI-UK on 27 April 2026 at the Dehradun campus.
The agreement was formally signed by (Dr) Prof. Sanjay Jasola, Vice Chancellor, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to building strong global pathways for students and enhancing access to world-class education opportunities.
SI-UK is a leading international education organisation and an official representative of UK higher education institutions worldwide. The organisation works directly with more than 150 UK universities, including several prestigious Russell Group institutions, and operates through an extensive global network across multiple countries.
Through this strategic collaboration, students will gain access to expert guidance for Master’s and PhD admissions in the United Kingdom, personalised counselling support, university selection assistance, scholarship guidance, and visa application support.
The partnership will also bring exclusive opportunities to campus through UK university fairs, seminars, workshops, and direct interaction sessions with international university representatives. These initiatives will help students make informed decisions about postgraduate education and international career pathways.
Beyond student services, the MOU also creates a foundation for future academic collaborations, including student exchange opportunities, articulation pathways, and joint research initiatives with leading UK institutions.
Speaking on the occasion, (Dr) Prof. Sanjay Jasola emphasised the importance of international partnerships in preparing students for a globally competitive future and connecting them with opportunities beyond borders.
This collaboration represents another meaningful milestone in strengthening global engagement, employability, and academic excellence, while ensuring students have direct access to trusted international progression opportunities.
