Guest Lecture on Geospatial Approaches in Rainfed Agriculture

placement Images The School of Modern Agriculture and Forestry, DBS Global University, Dehradun, organized an online guest lecture on "Geospatial Approaches in Rainfed Agriculture: Mapping, Monitoring and Management" by Dr. Sonam Binjola, AFO, Soil and Land Use Survey of India (SLUSI).

The lecture highlighted the application of GIS, Remote Sensing, and GPS technologies in agricultural resource mapping, crop monitoring, land-use planning, and sustainable management of rainfed farming systems.
