Professional Background

Prof Amrita Singh is a qualified Company Secretary with a diverse professional background encompassing both industry and academia.

She possesses both professional as well as academic degrees viz. CS, LLB and BCom,besides,these qualifications, she has also cleared the prestigious NET exam and secured 99.37 percentile. She has worked with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (Gurugram), various CS firms in Lucknow, and has an industry experience of more than 2 years in corporate matters.

She has been a regular mentor to students and also is invited as faculty in various orientation programmes conducted by Lucknow Chapter of NIRC of ICSI.
