In-Company Training Program, on "Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal skills" - Be a Champion in Life

Dr. Vasudha Sharma and Prof. Pushpa Kataria, senior faculty members of HR/OB Domain areas at Doon Business School conducted one and half days In-Company Training Program, titled "Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal skills" - Be a Champion in Life !!!. The program was especially designed for Senior Level functionaries of Tupperware India Pvt. Ltd.

The program was held on two days. First, a full day training session was held on 11th August, 2017. Activities on the first day of the training program included ESAP and Interpersonal skills assessment, followed by Feedback and Review session. Next, a follow up session was held on 7 October, 2017. Apart from the Head- HR of the company, the program was attended by 20 Senior Level executives/ managers of the company.
